The Bikram System

We teach the 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises from the Beginning Yoga Series in a compassionate and kind way. We strive to teach the discipline of this practice in the most motivating and effective way possible. Practiced worldwide this method has been proven to be Therapeutic and effective on healing ailments and maintaining heathy balance of the body and mind. All levels welcome.

Bikram Express

Designed by teachers who love the beginners series but understand that 90minutes are not always available. The 75 or 60minutes practices are the next best thing. A shorter version of it while maintaining all the benefits of the Bikram practice we love!

Intermediate Yoga

The next Level! A bridge between the Beginners Bikram and the advanced series of this same lineage. This class is for those who love the Bikram method but have the desire to start learning new postures like inversions and arm balances. Heated. 90minutes.

 WARM 100 degrees  90 minutes  No music  yogis with some experience

Hot Vinyasa

These classes are filled with dynamic movements. Asanas and breath are connected as a way of creating wholesome existence. While moving a warm body has many benefits to the bone joint, muscles and internal organs the practice of being aware of breath steadily clears the mind! Expect a little twist to the very traditional practice also expect to have a fun time and leave invigorated and refreshed! Heated. 75 minutes.

Hot Pilates

Prepare to be inspired, to sweat, to work hard — and of course, to feel great. Using Pilates principles, Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. Heated. 1 Hour classes.

YIN

Because even the bravest of the yoga warrior needs to yield and rest sometimes! A Yin Yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
